This is the first post. I actually wanted to write about popping sternum but that’s a weird topic for the first post. First post should be some kind of an introduction, right?
I will use this blog to share my thoughts on topics related to health, fitness, strength training, nutrition and mindfulness. With a lot of emphasis on tools and technology that support us in our training.
At least that’s the plan. Who knows what this blog may turn into.
